Job: Bilingual Collector / Customer Service

This Billingual Collector Customer Service position will be located in our Escondido
Office. Billingual Collections Representative will be taking calls and establishing positive
relationships with customers, and implementing a wide variety of collection techniques.

Required Skills
Candidates for the positions must have at least 1 year experience in general collections and
must possess strong communication and skills. Excellent negotiation, problem solving, and
telephone skills are required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
