Jobing Description
Tri Group Construction has a great opportunity for an Experienced Administrative Assistant w/a Quickbooks background. Candidate must have prior work experience in a Construction office setting.
Skills / Requirements
1. At least 5 years experience as an administrative assistant/accounting assistant
2. Must have previous administrative experience in the construction industry. 3. Must know Quickbook & Excel software very well and has had hand-on experience with both for at least four years. 4. Must have worked as an AA in a construction company, preferably Public Works construction. 5. Must have clean drivers license and a Class C license to drive a company car to perform field tasks purchase office supply, drop off paychecks, etc.) Important Notes
