Jobing Description
Morena Storage and Solana Beach Storage are looking for the right individuals to join our
great team. If you are looking at a full time position with a growing and dynamic company,

We have facilities located in desired working locations and have a full time position available
for the right individual. This is a perfect job for those who enjoy helping people by giving them
excellent customer service. The right candidate for this position will be a team player and be
willing to learn.

Morena Storage and Solana Beach Storage are different than any other storage facilities. We
desire to exceed all our customers expectations and give them the best service that will keep
them coming back.

The position you will be applying for is an office/warehouse job. The main job focus will be in the office, but there will be times that you will be working in the warehouse also.

Job Description:

Office:
- Customers always come first mind metality
- Ability to solve customer’s storage problems and creating a great storage experience
- Work with co-workers to create better ways to serve the customer
- Good communication skills over the phone and in person
- Storage room and packing supply sales
- Sales over the phone and in person
- Receivables and collection calls
- Assisting customers with help in the office and warehouse
- Paper work, filling out contracts with customers, filing, sending out invoices, etc...
- Communication between office and warehouse employees
- Monthly bonus plan

Warehouse:
- Customers always come first mind metality
- Moving items in/out of storage rooms, and maintaining a clean and secure storage facility.
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading their vehicles, carts, and dollies
- Placing and stacking items inside storage rooms
- Cleaning, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
- Assisting office staff with new storage customers and truck rentals

We help take the 'SELF' out of 'SELF STORAGE"!


Skills / Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior customer service experience in office or retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy, good telephone skills.
- Sales experience a plus.
*All new employees are required to start in the warehouse*
- Proof of valid CA driver's license
- Availability to work early evenings and weekends (weekends are mandatory)
- Full time, some part time can be accommodated
* Morena Location = 4 / 10 hour days
* Solana Beach Location = 5 / 8 hour days
- Males need to be clean shaven
- All employees must have shirts tucked in and wear the company uniform properly (company uniform will be provided, employees buy proper shoes)
- Experience working directly with customers
- Moving and general maintenance experience helpful
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Positions available at both of our San Diego locations
