Loan Modification Sales Manager Needed! 6 Figure potential

We need an additional Sales Manager for our growing loan modification
company!

We have been operational for 6 months and now have a system dialed in
and mature for extreme growth. Our parent company has been in business
for 25 years and we share the facility and all of the resources of the
established business.

We provide live call transfers to our loan mod specialists from our own
132 seat call center, which includes a seasoned team of lead generators.
In addition we also conduct mailers on a weekly basis as well as
purchase internet leads.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daily activities of a group of Loan Modification Specialists
Monitor and develop processes to meet numerous modification programs
with varying delivery methods.
Assess and recommend business alternatives including staffing needs.
Monitor, coach and develop staff
Develop team to close 10% of leads
Create and maintain key performance measurements.
Meet with local homeowners at office
Second call verify teams deals

Compensation:

$35,000 + commission. This is a legitimate six figure opportunity!

Previous experience in the mortgage or banking industry is helpful, but
not required
