Job: Processing Assistant -Foreclosure Department

San Diego based Quality Loan Service Corporation provides non-judicial foreclosure processing in eight western states.

Position Summary
Provide administrative support to a departments and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Principal Accountabilities:

**Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite
**Set-up meetings and conferences
**Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff
**Summarize various types of reports to view companies progress
**Maintain and update client systems with any staff changes
**Generate and distribute time sensitive reports
**Screen documents for corrections to upload into the system
**Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

**High school diploma
**Some college courses completed but not required
**1 year experience in an administratve role, preferably in the mortgage/trustee/title business
**Proficient in Mocrosoft Office 2007 Suite
**45+ wpm a plus
