Handle all new Bankruptcy filings in regards to the foreclosure process. Deal with a diverse group of in-house staff as well as the full gamut of company clients. Basic duties include placing foreclosures on hold (once notified), informing clients of filings, invoicing and reviewing files and personally managing a series of cases and court documents. Utilize a broad range of skills including but not limited to: Receiving faxes, emails, phone calls about Bankruptcies. Prioritizing bankruptcies with current sales dates and times; completing daily tasks while working closely with the Foreclosure units in a friendly and professional matter. Ability to work both independently as well as on a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Previous phone experience a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Type 45+ wpm preferred but not required
10-key a plus
