Job: Tire Technician-Tire Retail and Auto Service

Evans Tire & Service Centers is a family-owned business with 16 locations throughout San Diego County.

Evans Tire & Service Centers is looking for motivated team players with a drive for success, a great attitude, and a passion for customer service. We are seeking automotive professionals to help grow our successful company!

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Follow proper safety and installation procedures
-Perform wheel and tire installations, balance wheels, check for correct fit, rotate tires and repair damaged tires using proper procedures
-Perform oil changes, under hood inspections, and basic alignments using proper procedures
-Provide proper care, service, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and merchandise
-Attend ongoing training on safety, new products, and procedures
-Ensure shop area is clean, organized, and safe
-Additional duties as assigned

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

1. You have a valid CA driver's license.
2. You have at least one year experience as a Tire Technician (oil changes, tire rotations, tire and wheel installation/balancing, TPMS experience).

Skills required include:
Strong work ethic, enthusiasm and positive attitude, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to communicate effectively, professionalism, excellent customer service record. Basic computer skills helpful.

Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
