Job: Part Time Night Document Control Clerk

We are currently hiring for part time night Document Control Clerks to work from 5:30pm to 10pm Monday through Friday. The part time position pays $10.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, will perform the following;

**Request and monitor recording of legal documents needed for foreclosure process
**Monitor and update in-house and client systems
**Filing documents
**Monitor receipt of documents requested from clients
**Monitor the recording of documents received from clients
**Send documents to Title Companies for recording
**Request documents from clients

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

**High School diploma and at least one year experience in data entry-related work
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Excellent problem solving
**Strong attention to detail
**Ability to work both independently as well as on teams
**Good filing skills
**Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
**Ability to work under pressure of time constraints
