We are currently seeking an experienced computer Legal Help Desk Specialist to provide support and installation services for a variety of end-user clients, including Legal Applications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate and support a wide range of technologies with small and medium size business clients. Also candidate will be responsible for escalating issues with level II engineers as needed.
Skills / Requirements
Must be extremely organized and familiar with Legal help desk
Candidate should have experience in a Legal Environment.
Candidate should be familiar with Word Processing, Document Management, Legal Macros and other software used in Law Firms.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills
Help desk experience, tier 2 and 3, a plus
Troubleshooting skills are an absolute requirement
Knowledge of Microsoft products should include Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory etc.
Microsoft MCSE a plus
Candidates should be motivated and self starting
Must enjoy working with people.
