Jobing Description
Large San Diego Law Firm is currently seeking an Attorney with 7+ years experience in Tax, specifically nonprofit and/or governmental finance and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing and administering employee benefit and deferred compensation plans, including 403(b), 457 and PERS, advising lenders/issuers on tax aspects of tax exempt bonds, leases and notes, including conduit, general obligation and revenue bonds, as well as advising charitable organizations on corporate structure, and obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status under state and federal laws.
Skills / Requirements
California Licensure, excellent academic credentials a stable work history and very good references are required.
