Excellent San Diego Law Firm is currently seeking a Full Time Legal Secretary to join their team Downtown! This is an ideal opportunity for a litigation secretary with over 5 years of experience, a stable work history to join a firm that values its employees and offers a terrific work life balance. This position is in the Litigation practice area. Job duties will include calendaring, correspondence, filing of documents with the Courts, as well as propounding and responding to discovery and various other pre-trial paperwork.

The position requires substantial administrative experience in the following areas; calendaring, coordinating business meetings, opening new files and large-volume correspondence. Potential candidates must have strong professional customer service skills, and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years litigation experience in a law firm environment (preferably within a large firm), appellate experience, and proficiency with MS Word and CompuLaw.
