Job: EE PATENT PROSECUTION ATTORNEY FOR ORANGE COUNTY OFFICE OF INT'L FIRM

The Orange County Branch of a very well respected International Law Firm is currently seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney specializing in Electrical Engineering. Duties will include drafting and reviewing patents in the media and technology areas, working with the USPTO throughout the patent prosecution process, from inception to approval.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6+ years of experience with Patent Prosecution in the media and technology areas as well as a degree and/or graduate study experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Physics. Also, outstanding analytical and writing skills, an excellent academic record, very good references and a stable employment history are also required.
