Job: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives Needed!

Adecco is currently seeking bilingual customer service representatives for a company in the Scripps Ranch Area!

Job Description:

Provides a variety of customer service support duties to customers. Ensures timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner. Responds to inquires through phone, mail, e-mail, and/or face-to-face contact with customers in a professional manner.

Promotes and sells the company’s products and services. Provides operational management and support at call center locations to ensure efficient and timely resolutions of customer service issues

Analyzes and makes recommendations based on call volume trends and other factors for forecasting future customer service needs including staffing and call capacity.

* 1-2 years of Call Center/ Customer Service Experience: Inbound calls preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills: In English and Spanish
* Solid PC knowledge is REQUIRED
* High School Diploma or equivalent
