Job: Case Manager

Home Start, a leader in providing family strengthening services in San Diego County for over 35 years is seeking an experienced Case Manager for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. This position will provide home-based and center-based services to families and individuals.

Bachelors in social services or related human services field and experience working with low income families required. Bilingual preferred. Must have knowledge of community resources and experience with in-home family-based services with the ability to be culturally sensitive. Strong organizational and effective communication skills are essential to the position. Knowledge of employment services, career planning and experience working with ex-offender population highly preferred.
