Department: Food Services Department
Schedule: Full time - Benefits Eligible Shift: Days Hours: 8 JOB SUMMARY: Follows recipes and observes portion control guidelines when preparing foods for patient and Cafeteria Service. Strives to make food look attractive and appealing. Assures sufficient quantities are made, tallies are completed, and service is timely. Follows guidelines regarding food safety/sanitation, consistently recording food temperatures and sanitizing solution concentrations every shift. Provides supervisory function (ie: staff replacement, cashier verification, and department lock-up). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High diploma, GED, or Foreign equivalent Must have good verbal and written communication skills Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English 4 years high volume cooking experience Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, and knowledge of basic computer skills EOE/M/F/D/V This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
