iServe Residential Lending (formerly known as United Residential Lending LLC) is looking for an experienced, dynamic Closer/Funder to join our San Diego office -- to close, fund, ship and insure loan transactions. Join our team and experience growth potential with a company that has more than 100 years of combined mortgage banking experience.


Skills / Requirements
  • Minimum of two years experience in residential mortgage banking
  • Detail oriented; strong ability to communicate effectively to customers, vendors, co-workers
  • FHA experience necessary
  • Bilingual a plus
