Job: Supervisor (1st Level Manager - In store)

As a Supervisor, you will enhance the customer's shopping experience by maintaining our exceptional standard of customer service. You will also enable a knowledgeable and friendly sales staff while driving overall store performance. This is an exempt, entry-level store management position.

Responsibilities:

Promote, supervise and facilitate customer service

Lead by example while driving overall store performance

Train and supervise sales and support staff

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are effectively implemented at subordinate levels

Work closely with store management team to achieve sales and labor goals

Work closely with Department Heads effectively implementing corporate directives

Oversee general merchandising and visual presentation throughout store

Partner with visual team in regards to merchandise directives and presentation

A varied schedule will include day, evening, and weekend shifts. You must be a highly motivated team player with an ambitious personality. You must also be friendly and outgoing, goal oriented, and driven to satisfy customers.

Prefer at least one year of retail sales experience

Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Merchandising skills in both hardlines and softlines a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Detail oriented and highly organized

Demonstrated leadership ability
