Jobing Description
We are currently looking for a full time Program Manager to work with the developmentally disabled adult population in East County. Responsibilities include assist Behavior Specialist in design, implementation and evaluation of behavior treatment plans; care for needs of clients, including meals, recreation and medical supervision; attend staff meetings and in-service training; develop monthly activity schedules; coordinate household supplies and food purchases; maintain household and client accounts. Extensive training provided. Raises and bonuses given for exceptional performance; overtime opportunities available. Benefits for full time employees who complete 90 day probation include company paid medical, dental and life insurance, vacation time, sick time, paid holidays. M – F 12:30pm – 8:30 pm w/alternating W 7am – 3pm. $10.00-$11.00 per hour to start depending on experience and education.
Skills / Requirements
Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma. Prefer three years experience in the field of developmental disablities or special education. Knowledge of the use of behavior modification techniques.

Must have current or obtain CPR and First Aid certificates within 30 days of employment Must have or be able to obtain a class B license. We will provide required class B training upon hire.
