Job: Customer Service Representative

Leading biotech company in Torrey Pines seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities will include order entry and processing, answer customer inquiries on pricing., availability, terms and conditions, status, billing, etc. Qualified candidate will have 2-3 years recent related Customer Service experience, strong typing and 10key skill, experience with computer based order management system, detail oriented and intermediate Word and Excel.
