Job: Medical Biller/ Order Processor

A Mira Mesa company seeks a Medical Biller/ Order Processor to join their team. Qualified candidate will communicate with physician's office and lab staff to obtain information for billable deficiencies caused by incomplete test requisitions. Will be assigned a specific geographical region to ensure problem resolution within turnaround time guidelines. Responsible for entering detailed information regarding patient accounts, patient demographics, ICD9 code and payer information. Will verify that specimen type and collection date meet the requirements of test ordered.
