San Ysidro Health Center is currently seeking a Bilingual Registered Nurse for our new Adult Day Health Center to coordinate, implement and supervise all nursing and personal care a the Center. Conduct initial assessments of all participants; provides ongoing assessments, monitors health problems and develops and implements nursing care plans. Monitors vital signs for each participant.
Positions available: Adult Day Health Center due to open 2010 Skills / Requirements
Current California Registered Nurse licensure required. Current CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Knowledge of public health nursing principals, with particular reference of aging. Demonstrated skills and experience to assess and monitor elderly health care.
