Job: Activity Coordinator - ADHC

We are looking for an Activity Coordinator for our new Adult Day Health Center. Coordinate, supervise and implement an activity and social program for frail elderly and functionally impaired older adults at the Center.

High School diploma or GED. Two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the past 5 years, one year of which was full time employment in a patient activities program in a health care setting. Be an occupational therapist, music therapist, dance
therapist, art therapist or occupational therapy assistant. CPR and CA driver license. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
