Guaranteed Salary + Commissions & Benefits
This is not a difficult sale for experienced phone sales professionals who are adept at establishing rapport with business professionals and selling a package that is both fun and makes "business sense". The position offers a base salary guarantee with the ability to receive an hourly raise based on performance. With base and commissions combined, an average phone sales representative can make $14-$17/hr and top agents make $20-$25/hr and higher.
