Job: Electronic Services Operator (Camp Pendleton)

Position Purpose: Responsible for providing research and performing duties related to the, scanning, storing and retention of credit union documents for all departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.
-Perform record retention operations for the credit union such as:
-Scan Member loan documentation
-Scan mortgage documentation
-Review all images processed daily
-Scan all signature cards and daily teller work
-Scan decedent files
-Scan monthly Board packages
-Scan Check Fraud packages
-Perform research and documentation for requesting party
-Provide copies of teller work, receipts, corporate checks, on-us checks, signature cards and tax documentation to the branches.
-Assist the Risk Department in completing subpoenas within the specified time frames.
-Gather and provide documentation used for both internal and external credit union audits.
-Records & maintains spreadsheet of incoming electronic & paper loans, signature cards and denial loan letters. Any discrepancies are to be reported to the Supervisor or Manager.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous office experience is preferred however is not required as this is an entry level position. The right candidate will be someone who’s driven, hard working and learns quickly.
