Grossmont Gardens Retirement Community is a large multilevel campus offering 5 levels of care from independent living to Skilled Nursing Facilty. The unique and attractive community covers 9 acres and includes over 14 buildings. Grossmont Gardens has over 40 years of experience and traditions.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join the Marketing Department due to a transfer within our company as an equal partner with team. Responsibilites include responding to inquiry calls, conducting sales visits with prospective clients, developing marketing plans, coordinating outside marketing events and completing marketing reports. Position will report to the Executive Director. Previous experience with seniors in the long term care industry is required. Prefer a minimum of 2 years in marketing assisted living residences.
