Job: (RN) Case Manager

Department: Hematology/Oncology
Schedule: Full time - Benefits Eligible
Shift: Days
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY:

The case manager coordinates provision of care for pediatric patients of varying ages and developmental levels. The case manager will advocate for the patient/family by collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement the plan of care including discharge plan to ensure quality patient outcome and customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

RN
- California license

Three years nursing experience and one year pediatric experience strong clinical background

Current CPR certification (Issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross provider)

PALS certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BSN

Good communication skills

5 years experience in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology

Certified Pediatric Oncology nurse

Excellent customer service skills
