Job: Manufacturing Engineer

The duties of the Manufacturing Engineer include process design and improvements, product quality, plant and assembly line layouts, fixture design, automation, production equipment, and documentation. This role will work with production, maintenance, quality assurance, product engineering, and vendors to improve the efficiency of people and equipment used in the production process. Experience with cost analysis and justification of projects is strongly preferred.

This position requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, along with strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills. Demonstrated project management skills or implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles a plus. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is also an asset.
