This is your opportunity to become one of our Assistant Facility Managers!

Responsibilities include assisting in the managing of multiple revenue centers including gasoline, car wash, detail services and convenience store. Will assist in management, training and developing of staff members; maintaining sales levels and expenses to budgeted figures or better; inventory control; and maintaining compliance with governmental environmental requirements. Responsible for the upkeep and condition of the facility and equipment. Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual, able to multitask and manage up to 40 employees. Must be customer-service oriented, computer literate and able to work weekends. This person will have previous experience in management inventory control, money handling, and general knowledge of environmental regulations as well as labor laws. Valid driver’s license and clean background required. Mechanically inclined and bilingual are helpful, but not required.
