Job: Registered Nurse

REQUIREMENTS: Knowledgeable regarding current Medicare and health plan regulations. Requires 2 years experience, current CA RN license, and CPR certification. Strong clinical (ICU, ER, Urgent Care) background preferred. A valid California driver’s license is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, twist, bend, reach, grasp, and pull charts. The employee must occasionally sit, squat/kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, and use wrist deviation, hand/wrist repetitions and manual dexterity. Specific vision and hearing required by the job includes close eye work, and normal hearing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Centre for Health Care maintains a drug free workplace, and smoke free working environment. Employees are required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of Centre offices. This position works in a well-lit, air-conditioned, busy clinical setting with moderate noise level.

This position is frequently exposed to hazardous exposures, and may occasionally need personal protective equipment when in contact with patients.
