Job: Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Our client, a maintenance company, based in Kearny Mesa has an immediate need for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher.

Duties will include: taking calls from various business; obtaining information from the business on what the issue is; dispatching the appropriate worker; receiving the timecard and the expenses of the project from the workers; sending invoices to the client; following up on payment; and anything else necessary to keep their clients happy and well taken care of.

Must have great computer scores. We will be doing basic computer testing in our office and are looking for at least 80% and above on all tests.

Must have good communication skills.

Knowledge of construction terms is helpful but not mandatory.
