Jobing Description
Provide intensive case management and home visitation to Second Chance participants and assist with program activities and administrative support.
Skills / Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Bachelor's degree in social services or equivalent combination of education and case management experience. Valid CDL, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance. Ability to present information effectively orally and in writing to individuals and groups from various cultural, ethnic and educational backgrounds. Important Notes
Bilingual English/Spanish and indicated degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
