JOB SUMMARY:

Provides direct support services to families with pre-school and school age children who have experienced violence and trauma, utilizing motivational interviewing. Providesinformation and assists families with accessing community services. Respondsdifferentially based on unique family concerns and cultural considerations. Follows study protocols and appropriately documents activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS:

Either:
-BA/BS in position related discipline strongly preferred
-Additional experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis
-Six years of progressively responsible experience in technical or administrative assignments, three years of which would be at the Specialist level, or two years of project management experience.

Based upon the current needs of the department Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this particular opening

Project management and supervisory experience essential.

General understanding of computer software and hardware and familiarity with PC and MacIntosh platforms.

Prior computer experience essential with mastery of word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), familiarity with databases (Microsoft Access).
