Job: Teleservice Representatives I,II, III - PT - 24 hours

Rep. I – Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service for members to include processing transfers, inquiries, withdrawals and other routine transactions via telephone. Answers all incoming calls and transfers them as appropriate. Recognizes referral opportunities and refers to TeleSales Team. Responds to telephone and written member requests. Exhibits basic knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Rep. II – In addition to the duties of a Rep. I, assists with back-office duties, committees and quality control. Exhibits a working knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Rep. III – In addition to the duties of a Rep. I and Rep. II. Assists with Contact Center balancing. Processes member requests which may require follow-up and/or mail responses. Performs quality control of ATM captures, stop payments and transfers. Resolves member disputes and complex problem-solving account research. Exhibits a thorough knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Rep I-Requires at least six months of recent experience in a customer service environment and/or some general business, financial background or related experience. Telephone/Call Center experience preferred.
Rep II-Requires one to two years recent experience in a customer service or call center environment or similar financial institution to include six months of branch operations experience or equivalent.
Rep III-Requires two to three years of customer service and/or call center experience with a credit union or a similar financial institution. One year branch operations experience or equivalent experience to a Rep. II.
