Seeking qualified resumes for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk.

• Routinely performs all aspects of Accounts Payable
• Corresponds with vendors, and company Managers, and answers their inquiries
• Routes bills for approval
• Inputs invoices into AP system using appropriate expense coding; accounts, departments, projects, etc.
• Verifies & reconciles Expense Reports, Credit Card statements, etc.
• Prepares accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments
• Prepares analysis of accounts as required
• Ensures proper vendor set up.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned

This position requires excellent people & communication skills as well as great attention to detail. Experience in a professional services environment is a plus. An associates or a bachelor degree is also a plus.
