Seeking qualified resumes for the position of Payroll Clerk. This position requires friendliness, excellent people & communication skills as well as great attention to detail.
Experience in Win Team a plus or other similar HRIS payroll systems.

Performance Objectives:

Full cycle processing including bimonthly payroll cycle
Garnishments
Reconciliations
Payroll reports
Troubleshoot payroll taxability issues (i.e., 401k, benefits, etc)
Work with the internal departments, employees and outside entities to answer questions regarding Payroll issues

Assist Managers with Balancing Procedure
Assist in the processing of New Hire Reporting
Respond to New Hire Reporting Notices
Keep up-to-date on latest developments as they affect payroll regulations and policies

Minimum five years experience in Payroll
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
Experience in Payroll Tax a plus
Experience as Payroll Practitioner for large company/high volume environment a plus
Payroll service bureau experience a plus!
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Customer service skills – you are consistently dealing with employees, managers, customers and outside entities directly
Thorough knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws
Ability to research and understand payroll questions
Technical aptitude; proficiency with Payroll Software required; tax software a plus
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
High level of integrity
