The purpose of the position is to develop business opportunities within the San Diego region. Using excellent communication skills and marketing techniques this person must develop relationships with a wide variety of key people within various organizations for the purpose of developing partnering opportunities. This person must comprehend and be knowledgeable of all aspects of the company for the purpose of marketing these services. Furthermore, this person must establish strong relationships with the various project managers and technical staff within the company in order to interact effectively and for the purpose of projecting a strong corporate image to both clients and potential clients. The ability to and develop a strategic approach to winning work, and to facilitate the development of winning proposals is a must. Services to be sold: Janitorial and Security Guard Services.
