Seeking qualified resumes for the position of Receptionist. Bilingual a must.

Applicant must have previous experience in administrative/receptionist work for a large service company with a minimum 2 years experience. The receptionist will be responsible for answering all phone calls/inquiries, filing paperwork, keeping track of work orders, assisting the Human Resource department, assisting job applicants, vendors and visitors to the front lobby. Must be a super friendly, professional.

Applicant must have at least 1 year of college. We are looking for someone that is a hard worker, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, great attitude, energetic, and intelligent.

The job requires Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM and pays $10.00 - $12.00 an hour DOE.

Must be detail oriented, excellent with Word and EXCEL, able to enter data onto HRIS.

Various administrative duties.
