Scheduler in a Security Guard company for scheduling Security Officers that are on call, takes emergency phone calls, assist employees and managers out in the field via Dispatch Phone Center in an efficient and timely manner. Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel. Serves as a liaison between employees and management staff. Obtains and enters all call ins and correspondence relating to site information onto the computer. High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills / Requirements
Minimum 3 years scheduling office experience, preferably in the Security industry. Excellent oral and written skills. General PC knowledge. Well organized and detailed oriented. Competitive salary and benefits. EOE. Bilingual Preferred.
