Major Healthcare provider in San Diego seeks Bilingual Receptionist for Cardiology dept, located on Hospital campus. Qualified candidates must have strong communication/customer service skills in both English and Spanish (fluent verbal & written), ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional manner at all times, with the ability to triage calls and prioritize incoming phone volume. Qualifications include front-office exp (including high-volume multi-line phones), 1 year exp in medical/hospital setting (cardiology preferred), MSOffice skills and HS diploma (or equivalent).
