Customer Service/ On Demand Representative / No Experience Required

$24,000 base plus bonus opportunities

This position is responsible for receiving and responding to customer calls regarding product and service issues, maintaining client retention; saving clients in distress; and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Answers Inbound Customer Calls
• Responds to Customer e-mails and Cases
• Maintains Customer retention metrics within company guidelines
• Diffuses customer escalation issues
• Troubleshoots customer product issues
• Achieves monthly customer retention goals
• Attends training and department meetings, as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned.
