Jobing Description
The Job Developer is responsible for building relationships in the community with businesses, employment agencies, career centers, educators, and training facilities.
Responsibilities include: Find and create job opportunities for clients based on their needs. Negotiate employment opportunities. Monitoring job placements to insure employment needs are met. Maintaining files, documentation and statistics as required by contract. Develop relationships in the community and employers. Provide Career guidance. Provide outreach in the community. Help families identify goals and specific methods of achieving set goals. Remain culturally sensitive. Skills / Requirements
Bachelors in social services or related human services field.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Computer skills proficient. Experience as a job developer will be helpful. Important Notes
