Jobing Description
Our client, a property management company based out of La Jolla has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant with Property Management background.
Duties include: preparing and managing financial statements, Accounts Receivables and Payables, amortization schedules, CPI increases, providing the year end information to the CPA, and processing leases. Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required).
3-5 years experience. Knowledge of GAAP. Experience with Skyline is a plus. Go-Staff Preview
