Our capacity to provide for our patients through the full range of care continues as we look to fill the following position:
Member Services Representative to assist in producing the census report, processing of referrals, letters, claims, tracking information, handling of telephone calls with patients and provider relation issues.
Skills / Requirements
Must have experience in processing referrals both HMO and PPO/TriCare. Excellent typing skills and professional, customer service focused telephone skills. High school graduate, complete understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel, good organizational skills, and the ability to enter data in multiple formats/programs. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
