Job Description

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office, New Product Development, and Technology Development. This role will impact multiple functions and sites in order to insure optimal value creation through quality, cost, and schedule performance. This is a newly created position, and the individual chosen will be tasked with establishing the Project Management Office, establishing Standard Operating Procedures for project management, and training Hunter employees on SOP's to&establish uniformity of management practices across the organization. Ongoing job functions include; managing New Product Development and Technology Development through delegation of projects and/or hands on management, continual training of Hunter staff on project management best practices, and&facilitating executive periodic review of&project development to achieve planned outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Project Management Certification and/or MBA is a plus.
