Growing Company Seeks Auto Lease Agents

Innovative auto leasing company is seeking Sales and Credit Specialists to provide restructured car loans to borrowers facing repossession or bankruptcy and who are interested in saving their auto. Similar to a home loan modification, this program also benefits banks by allowing them to sell the cars to the leasing company at a higher price than they would normally get by auctioning the delinquent asset. This is a great opportunity for individuals with exceptional negotiation skills and who are adept at playing the role of liaison between borrows and their banks.

An ideal candidate will come from a finance background especially with experience working for an auto finance institution such as HSBC, Capital One, Wells Fargo, etc. We ARE NOT seeking candidates coming from an automotive dealership sales background..

Base Pay/ Bonuses/ Benefits

-- $18-$23/hourly salary

-- Bonuses structure to make up to 100%of monthly base compensation

-- Benefits Available After 90 days

-- Comprehensive Paid Training Provided

-- Room For Growth

A successful first year inside sales consultant can earn $40,000 - $75,000.
