With over 700 employees, loanDepot is one of the largest direct lenders in the country. We are looking for proven Sales Managers to assist us in executing our growth strategy in 2012. Each day as a Sales Manager, you will manage 15-17 mortgage bankers that receive 25+ high quality leads per day. You will assist your sales staff with sales training and managing their pipelines by working directly with in-house underwriters, processors, and secondary marketing. We drive a tremendous volume of marketing to our mortgage bankers, so motivating the staff each day is critical. Our mortgage bankers are experienced professionals that produce 8-25 loans per month depending on the individual.

    Skills / Requirements

  • Two years mortgage experience.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales and/or Sales Management.
  • Strong phone sales skills; we conduct business in 50 states.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • College Preferred, but not mandatory with proven mortgage experience.
