LANSolutions provides hardware and software solutions perfectly tailored to the specific needs of a business. LANSolutions engineers have key insider relationships with leading technology providers.

We are currently seeking an experienced computer Senior Systems Engineer to provide support and installation services for a variety of end-user clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate and support a wide range of technologies with small and medium size business clients.

Skills / Requirements

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience installing and supporting computer networks and working with end-users
  • Troubleshooting skills are an absolute requirement
  • Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products should include Windows Server 2003, 2008, Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, Active Directory etc.
  • Microsoft SQL, Sharepoint and ISA a plus
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routers, tape backup, remote access a plus
  • Backup Exec, Ghost and VMware a plus
  • Microsoft MCSE a plus
  • Candidates should be motivated and self starting
  • Must enjoy working with people.

    Important Notes

    Candidate's time will be in the field with some office work.
