Jobing Description

Oversee the Slot technicians, repair and maintenance of slot machines. Develop preventive maintenance program, oversee repairs, and training of slot techs.

Skills / Requirements

* Seven years as a slot technician of coin/cash/ticket electronic slot machines with at least three years as a tech supervisor and/or completion of a certified electronics training program at the post high school level or above.
* Must have experience working with a slot accounting system.
* Knowledge of computers (hardware and software).
* Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
* Knowledge of IGT slot management system
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
* Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
* Skilled in resolving customer and employee relation issues
High School Diploma or GED (required)
