  • Overview

    Under general supervision, the incumbent provides administrative support, and operational services for Special Session credit degrees, certificate, courses, students and customers of Extended Learning (EL). The position assists in the coordination with internal, campus, and external work groups to provide quality student, instructor, and staff program support. Areas of responsibility include credit program logistics, reporting processes and data handling. Support is expected to assist in providing quality communications and resolution of program issues. The position reports to the Associate Dean but will be led by an assigned Program Director and will work closely with credit Academic Support Coordinators and other interacting departments across EL.

    Full-time, temporary position with benefits ending on or before June 30, 2020. This position may continue beyond June 30, 2020, upon the availability of funds.

    CSU Classification Salary Range: $2,600 - $4,458per month
