Job Description
Responsible for leading the Resolution Team in evaluating and resolving unbilled reports and suspended tasks, positively impacting the ship-to-cash cycle.

* Leads the daily activities of the Resolution Team by monitoring suspended reports, assigning workload, and managing job quality and productivity.

* Supervises the activities of subordinate staff, providing direction and guidance in work assignments. Responsible for all aspects of employee issues including hiring, training, performance evaluations, professional development, and terminations. Provides leadership and mentorship for staff to achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem solving, professional phone etiquette, and efficient processes.

* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, policies and procedures, and accrediting body standards.

* Prepares and distributes summary analysis of suspended reports and root cause findings. Engages other parties as necessary to resolve.

* Assists managers and staff from Center of Excellence, Shared Services Center, and branches to resolve suspended issues.

* Participates in the development and implementation of training programs.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum two years of related experience.
* Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service orientation.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to details and ability to manage tasks and projects to successful completion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum five years of related experience.

Education
* High school diploma.
* Associate's Degree preferred.
